Terms of Service

The Vintage Guide is an editorial discovery platform for second-hand and archive fashion, operated by Stichting Le@f (Ampèrestraat 9, 1976 BE Velsen, Netherlands; KVK 34140586; BTW NL815590921B01). By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We curate listings from third-party marketplaces and partner sellers. Most transactions are completed on the seller’s own platform via affiliate links. The Vintage Guide is not the seller of those items and does not take possession of them.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to register.

3. Affiliate links

We participate in affiliate programs including the eBay Partner Network. We may earn a commission when you click qualifying links and complete a purchase. This never increases the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

4. User content

If you submit content (listings, messages, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership.

5. Intellectual property

Editorial copy, photography commissioned by us, logos and the “The Vintage Guide” wordmark are protected. Product imagery from partner marketplaces remains the property of the respective rightsholders.

6. Prohibited use

• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated mass downloads.
• Reposting affiliate links without our written consent.
• Misrepresenting the origin or authenticity of vintage items.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. Authenticity, condition and shipping are the responsibility of the seller listed on the originating marketplace.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Stichting Le@f is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noord-Holland.
