How it works

Marketplace. We participate in the eBay Partner Network. When a link to an eBay listing carries our affiliate tag and you buy through it, eBay pays us a commission. Prices, availability and the items themselves are controlled by the individual sellers, not by us.

Travel. Flights, stays and experiences are booked through our travel partners: Skyscanner for flights, LiteAPI for stays and Viator for experiences. When you book through our links, the partner pays us a commission. The booking itself, the price, and any change or cancellation are handled by the partner, under their terms.

What it changes

Nothing about the selection. We feature pieces because they fit the story, not because they pay. Whether or not a link earns a commission has no bearing on what appears in the edit.

And nothing about the price: a commission never adds anything to what you pay.

What we are not

We are not the seller, the booking agent or the travel provider. We do not set prices or availability, we cannot change or cancel a booking or an order, and we cannot guarantee authenticity or condition. For anything about a transaction — shipping, payment, returns, refunds — the seller or the platform is the place to go.
