I loved this shop, the most reasonably priced of the ones I went to (the kilo ones are very overpriced). I bought a lovely dress for €10 and rooted around in the €1 box and found a dress (pictured) and a pretty witchy skirt. They had a great range of stuff and I loved all of the colourful 80s shell suit jackets.
Just a warning, you can’t try on anything from the €1 box which seems to be the same in all the other vintage shops. And also it was very crowded as it is quite a small shop.
I was bracing myself for the owner to be rude based on the reviews but he wasn’t rude to me. I don’t know if there’s levels to who he is more likely to be nice to (you never know). Maybe he was in a good mood today lol
. A real piece of vintage clothing also possesses an aesthetic quality that makes it stand out. In short, vintage clothing can consist of unusual examples of an era’s fashion or, more often than not, typical clothing from a particular time period that possesses a style and design that appeals to collectors and buyers.
